Pinnint Inc. ("Pinnint", "we", "us", or "our") operates the cubitinsight.com website (the "Site") for Cubit Insight, our AI agent platform for enterprise manufacturers. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Cubit Insight products and services are provided to enterprise customers under a separate written agreement between Pinnint and each customer. Those agreements, not these Terms, govern access to and use of the services, and in the event of any conflict, the applicable customer agreement prevails. Descriptions of our products on the Site are provided for general information only; they do not form part of any agreement and do not constitute an offer.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, or use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

The Site and its content are owned by Pinnint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content, or use the Pinnint or Cubit Insight names and logos, without our prior written permission.
